The Client ID is your practice's identifier for a client. It is a required 6 digits. The first two digits are the Client ID Prefix. The last 4 digits should be incremented for each new client.

You may assigned a Client ID in one of two ways:

  • Automatic assignment: click the auto-assign button. The Client ID field will be dynamically populated by with your default Client ID Prefix and the next Client ID number in the sequence. 
  • Manual assignment: Enter the appropriate two digit prefix + four digit unique Client ID.
