The client Handle field is to be used as a reference for a client without using their name. Names are locked out of sight until your PIN is entered, which allows for more confidentially. It is recommended to use the client's initials in this field. For example, Jane Ann Doe, handle would be JAD.
Please do not enter the client's full name in this field as this compromises the confidentiality of the system.
