Description:
Unable to change the status of a client from Deactivated to Active while using Safari.
Work Around:
The work around in this case is to use a supported web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or latest versions of Internet Explorer.
Resolution:
This issue is a known defect with Safari.
Note:
At this time, we are only able to support the top three browsers (and their current versions) in the marketplace. It is recommended to use FCPro in Google Chrome, Firefox, or the latest versions of Internet Explorer.
