How to report an Issue or request Help Print

If you run into an issue or need help/have a question you will want to submit a Support Ticket.

How to Submit a Support Ticket:

1. From any Screen within FCPro, click on the Support tab (found on the bottom left of any screen)

2. New window will open, fill in the necessary details (Subject, Description (question or summary of issue), attach any additional details such as file or screenshot

3. Click Send Feedback
